One inbox handles everything — support, privacy requests, press, partnerships, bug reports. Please include enough detail (your account email, what you tried, screenshots if applicable) so we can act on the first reply.
What to write about, and where
Use the same email above for any of the following — we route internally. Tagging the subject line helps us prioritize:
- Bug report — Subject: Bug — <what broke>. Include OS, app version (mobile) or browser (web), and steps to reproduce.
- Account or data deletion — Subject: Delete my FindingFundaa account. See the delete-account page for what gets removed and the timeline.
- Privacy questions — Subject: Privacy — <topic>. The Privacy Policy covers most common questions.
- Fact correction — Subject: Question correction — <quiz question id or title>. Include the source you're citing. We credit users who flag verified errors.
- Partnership or sponsorship — Subject: Partnership — <company>. Tell us what you're proposing in the first message; we'll respond if there's a fit.
- Press / media — Subject: Press — <outlet>. We're a small independent team and respond to most media requests; please share a deadline.
- Job interest — We're not actively hiring, but we keep a file of people whose work we like. Send a portfolio.
Community channels
The day-to-day community lives outside our inbox:
- WhatsApp channel — daily question drops, weekly leaderboard talk, terrible puns. Follow on WhatsApp.
- Mailing list — occasional launch news and feature drops. Sign up on the home page.
- Blog — long-form posts on product, curiosity, and the engineering behind the app. Read the blog.
In-app feedback
If you're already using the FindingFundaa mobile app, the fastest way to reach us is from inside the app:
- Open the app.
- Go to Profile → Feedback.
- Pick the most relevant subject. Your message arrives in the same inbox as the email above, but with your account context attached so we can investigate faster.
Business address
FindingFundaa is an independent project by Swasthika Devadiga, based in Bengaluru, India. For postal mail, please email first so we can confirm a usable address.
Response times
We are a tiny team. Realistic expectations:
- Support and bug reports — usually within 1–2 business days.
- Account deletion / privacy requests — within 30 days as committed in our Privacy Policy, usually much sooner.
- Partnership / press — within a week, sometimes longer if you don't share a clear ask in the first email.
If you haven't heard back in a reasonable window, just reply to your original thread. We don't ignore people on purpose — emails occasionally slip through.
