Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FindingFundaa website at findingfundaa.com, the FindingFundaa mobile apps for Android and iOS, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions covered by the GDPR) to create an account or play the quiz. By using the Service you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

FindingFundaa uses passwordless sign-in: you receive a one-time code (OTP) at the email address you provide. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email account. We do not store passwords.

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at business@calyirex.com and we will revoke active sessions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm anyone.
• Scrape, mass-download, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
• Submit content (in feedback, group names, display name, etc.) that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by overloading our servers, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or circumventing access controls.
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, streaks, or other gameplay state through automated tools, multiple accounts, or other forms of cheating.
• Use the Service to send spam or promote unrelated commercial offers to other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules. We will give notice and a chance to appeal where reasonable, but we reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

The Service lets you submit content: question reports, feedback, group names, saved-question reactions, display names, avatars, and (in future) user-contributed quiz questions. You retain ownership of anything you submit.

By submitting content, you grant FindingFundaa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content to other users as needed to operate the Service. You also grant us the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.

User-contributed quiz questions, if accepted into the public question bank, may be edited for clarity, tagged, and credited or anonymized at our editorial discretion.

We take care to fact-check every quiz question, but trivia inevitably has edge cases. If you spot an error, please use the in-app report flow or email business@calyirex.com. We will review and correct verified mistakes.

Quiz answers reflect generally accepted facts at the time of publication. Some facts (population numbers, sports records, current events) age; we update them where practical.

FindingFundaa offers an optional premium subscription inside the mobile app for ₹195 per year (or the local equivalent set by the app store). Premium removes mobile in-app ads and unlocks additional features.

Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. To cancel, change, or request a refund, use the subscription management screen in your device's store account. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside the store's policies.

Premium is a mobile-only benefit. The public web quiz at findingfundaa.com always shows ads regardless of subscription status, because the ads are what fund free public access.

The Service is partly funded by advertising:

• Web ads — Google AdSense banners and inline ads are displayed on the public quiz page. AdSense processes cookies and device identifiers according to Google's advertising policies.
• Mobile ads — Google AdMob banners and occasional rewarded/interstitial ads are shown to free users. Premium removes them.

You can manage ad personalization in your device's system settings (Ad ID controls on Android and iOS) and through Google's ad settings dashboard.

FindingFundaa, the FindingFundaa logo, the brand voice, and the curated quiz question bank are the property of FindingFundaa. Trademarks of other companies referenced in quiz questions or elsewhere on the Service belong to their respective owners.

You may share screenshots of quiz questions for personal, non- commercial use (group chats, social media). Bulk copying of the question bank for use in a competing product is not permitted.

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion via the in-app feedback flow or by emailing business@calyirex.com — see the delete-account page for what gets removed.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates risk to other users or to the Service. Where we suspend or terminate accounts, we will try to give reasonable notice except in cases of serious abuse or legal necessity.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trivia fact in the question bank is suitable for use in academic, professional, or legal settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindingFundaa, its founders, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1000, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to subscribers. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
